For that reason FullFact offers you an implementation course that will strongly contribute to the successful roll out of OEE within your organization.
A complete course will contain (at least):
Awareness Session
Explanation of OEE as a means of continuous improvement. We will cover the benefits and the pitfalls. With the Industry Standard as our guideline we will discuss in what way your organization will be working with OEE. The goal of the session is have a company wide fixed view on OEE.
Definition Session
In this session we discuss what definitions will be used in the software/OEE program. The definitions cover all the standstills, the 6 big losses, time-limits, production etc. The visual configuration of remote collect will also be determined in this session. |

Analysis and evaluation
It is always important to evaluate after a predetermined testing period. Are we getting the most out of OEE and if not, how can we improve are way of working? How can we best analyze the information gathered from OEE Toolkit? Questions like these should be asked every so often. The first A and E is the most important one but we strongly advise to have at least one evaluation a year.
Technical
We offer a master-user training for appointed key users and IT staff within the company. This in-depth training of the software will allow you to make changes on the go without requiring FullFact support (on-site).
For the operators we offer user training session to get them familiarized with the interface.
